The Miami Heat signed LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh to maximum-length contracts last night, teaming up three of the league’s superlative players for the next six years. Las Vegas oddsmakers, in response, gave the Heat spectacular 7-5 odds to win the title this coming season, and many people think they’re poised to win a fistful of rings—even with half their roster currently empty.
