		<description>Thumbs Up. after three years, players are who they will be.  The youngest players may have another year for noticeable improvement.  An owner or GM who hands out big bucks for twenty great games after years of mediocrity gets what&#039;s coming to him.
Better to go the other direction.  Sign productive players overlooked for some reason, like a star&#039;s back-up, or contributing in ways other than scoring.</description>
