For instance, everyone assumes that the SEC is the best conference, but they do not have sustained series between other conferences (except the Sun Belt or C-USA) in order to create a basis for this comparison. The assumption that Florida, LSU, Auburn, and Alabama are great is based on the fact that they play each other regularly. They are simply assessed against each other. This is circular.</description>

		<description>Shame on Alabama rated #1 playing the Georgia State Panthers in their first year. This is the real problem. The SEC and the Big 10 play cupcakes and are afraid of playing tough non-aq teams like Boise, Utah, TCU, etc..
The rule should be only FBS teams during the regular schedule thus no FCS or Division II teams allowed. It they want warm up games these should be outside of the regular schedule and be treated as pre-season games like in the NFL. You knock the rust off and try out schemes before the season gets started.</description>
