		<description>The NFL Commissioner&#039;s Office, if it eventually decides to &quot;grow a pair,&quot; should issue a ruling:  Player hair length should not cover any part of the last name on the back of the jersey.  It&#039;s a reasonable compromise between expression and practicality.</description>
